To day, we used Audacity to introduce a lesson by recording. Shari, Brandi and I choose a subject area: Home Economics. The topic was " how to bake a cake". We used a nursery rhyme tune (I can remember the rhyme at the moment) with the instructions on how to make a cake into a song. It was successful.
In such a short, I understood how Audacity is great educational technology that can be used in the classroom.
Here are some benefits of Audacity:
1) Promote Language learning and 2) reading development
3) Record Speeches, comments, composition etc.
I hope to learn more about audacity, since it is new to me.
